Catherine Accardi made a 40 minute PowerPoint Presenation at the 100th anniversary event at Byron Park on January 18th where she said in her presentation that the Caldecott Tunnel brought considerable growth to Walnut Creek. Mr. Mill's omitted mention of Ms. Accardi's presentation.
