Being a stray cat is a dangerous game, but it sure feels better when you’ve got someone watching your back. Sweet kitties Audrey and Clark were found living together under a dumpster in front of an elementary school. A concerned citizen gave them temporary shelter as a respite from the approaching winter, bringing them indoors and giving them a taste of the good life. And how good it is!
Audrey and Clark developed a strong bond when they were homeless, which is why ARF would like them placed together. They are still never far from each other - when outgoing Audrey goes exploring Clark is never far behind, watching out for her and appearing instantly if he hears her meow. Both love to chatter at whomever is around. Often, you might find them nuzzled together in a warm spot in the sun, enjoying each other’s company and the feeling of finally being safe and secure.
Audrey and Clark and friends fur-ever. Can you give them both the home they’ve always wanted?
This weekend is Maddie's Matchmaker Adoptathon at Tony LaRussa's Animal Rescue Foundation, with free puppies, kittens, dogs and cats. ARF is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. ARF is working with Maddie's Fund on this program..
