At Rocky Point Lighthouse VBS, families learn to shine God's light. This VBS is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences families see, hear and touch. Team-building games, cool Bible songs and active Bible adventures are just a few of the activities that help faith flow into real life. (Since everything is hands-on, you might get a little messy. Be sure to wear play clothes and safe shoes.) We will participate in an outreach project, called Project With a Purpose, that will let you and your kids shine God's love to others. Everyone (including any guests you choose to invite) may join us for a Sunday Celebration on July 15 at 10:30 AM! It will be a dramatic, high-energy celebration of God's love you won't want to miss! So, mark your calendar! The fun starts at 4:30 on July 13!

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

How about you research the current ADA guidelines regarding surface materials for play areas?Read More Walnut Creek is simply acting to be in compliance. Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous". A reasonable overview of the current regulations can be found here: http://risk.utah.gov/newsletter/documents/playground_surfacing.pdf If you disagree with the regulations, please contact your representatives.
