No Snow On Diablo, More Cold Air Moving In Tonight

Temperatures will drop again over the next few nights in Walnut Creek

There was no snow on Mount Diablo on Saturday morning but don't let that fool you.

Another Arctic blast of cold air is moving over the Walnut Creek area.

The National Weather Service forecast for the five next five days shows sunny skies during the day with highs in the mid-40s.

However, temperatures are expected to drop below freezing at night.

The forecasted low for Saturday night is 31 degrees. On Sunday night, it's expected to fall to 27 degrees and on Monday night it'll be a frosty 28 degrees.

That patterns continues until Thursday when a slight chance of rain is forecast.
