Theological Discussion Group to Meet Monday Evenings

Shared meal, video and guided discussion for 'thinking Christians' at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, starting Sept. 26.

St. Paul's Episcopal Church is making preparations to host a seven-week series for "thinking Christians" interested in regular theological interested in "discovering the significance of Christianity in the 21st Century and what a meaningful faith can look like in today's world," according to the Rev. M. Sylvia O. Vasquez.

"Living the Questions" is a seven-week, DVD-based series of discussions for 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Mondays, Sept. 26 through Nov. 7. The discussion includes the works of prominent theologians Marcus Borg, Dominic Crossan and Barbara Brown Taylor.

Participants enjoy a shared meal, video and guided discussions.

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

How about you research the current ADA guidelines regarding surface materials for play areas?Read More Walnut Creek is simply acting to be in compliance. Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous".
