13 THE MUSICAL explores what is to become a teenager. Dealing with peer pressure, nasty roomers, crushes, and what it really means to be a friend. Evan Goldman is cool and popular, and lives in the greatest city there is, New York. Then his parents divorce and he is forced to move to... Indiana! Soon to be 13, Evan dreams of having all the "cool kids" of Dan Quail Junior High come to his Bar Mitzvah. He comes to realize that cool is where you find it, and often where you least expect it.
