Artistic Directors Richard Cammack and Zola Dishong are proud to present Spring Rep 2010 featuring:
The Kingdom of the Shades
from La Bayadere is Pepita's gift to classical dance: a transcendent expression of ballet inits purest form. Guest artists Ashley Ivory and Taurean Green, from Company C Contemporary Ballet, are featured as the sublime Nikiya and her warrior partner, Solor.
Bridge Attack
choreographed by Katarina Wester, is a tribal tale of ritual and sacrifice inspired by primal movement. The work's physicality, captured with non-stop vigor, reaches a dramatic crescendo.

Suite Sounds
choreographed by Rachel Berman, draws upon the choreographer's 10 years as a premier dancer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company. The athletic, grounded and playful exploration of movement and rhythm through a patchwork of global music will delight audiences young and old.
Completing the program is a treasured favorite, Charles Anderson's Mes Enfants, created for the younger dances of the Contra Costa Ballet Centre.
