Veterans Day Celebrartion

The celebration honoring our veterans starts at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 11. This year for the first time, the ceremony will be held in the Lesher Center for the Arts at 1601 Civic Drive.

The ceremony will include a concert of patriotic songs, including a salute to all branches of the Armed Forces by the Walnut Creek Band Concert. Mike Ergo, a Northgate High School graduate and USMC veteran from the Iraqi war, will be the keynote speaker. For more details about the ceremony and presenters, click here.

Free admission for all – veterans, families and all interested persons are welcome.
