If Ever O Ever A Wiz There Was
Oz costume contest comes to Broadway Plaza to promote Diablo Theatre Company's upcoming production of The Wizard of Oz, starting Sept. 9.
There wasn't any yellow brick road around, but a lot of Oz characters made it to Broadway Plaza Saturday afternoon.
And some came away with prizes for best Dorothy, best Scarecrow and best Toto ("your little dog, too").
