Walnut Creek lawyer Jerome Fishkin is sharpening his arguments about citizenship and the law.
Fishkin, of , has a case that the California Supreme Court agreed this week to hear, according to law.com. It focuses on whether an undocumented immigrant, Sergio Garcia, should be admitted to the state bar after having passed the California bar exam in 2009. "We think he meets all the requirements to become a lawyer," Fishkin told law.com.
