A Business Opens on Treat Boulevard

Third Workplace is one of two businesses for flexible, alternative workspaces opening in Walnut Creek this summer.

Walnut Creek Mayor Bob Simmons cut the ribbon on Treat Boulevard Monday to mark the opening of Third Workplace, a service for alternative workplaces.

Third Workplace, at 7000 Sunne Lane alongside Starbucks on Treat Boulevard, is taking advantage of the proximity to the Pleasant Hill BART station.

A second alternative workplace specialist, Laptop Lounge, opened on North California Boulevard this summer.
