Like a Pizza Phoenix, Pinky's is Rising Again
Pinky's Pizza owner signs lease for North Broadway location.
With a Facebook post "OK, lease is done, Pinky's Pizza is coming back!" Tom Beisheim announced to the world that the legendary pizza restaurant — closed for three years — is coming back.
It's returning, to open at an unspecified date, at a site on North Broadway across from the post office.
