If you had to give up coffee or wine, which would it be? Coffee. Though coffee gets me through my day, wine enhances my day.
What would you eat for your last meal? Seared Fois Gras with fig chutney and really good Brioche. Throw in some Charcuterie and I am in heaven!!!

If you could have dinner with any famous person, who would you pick? Julia Child
Name one thing that's always in your fridge? Sriracha
What's your favorite dish to make? Slow roasted pork belly and a panko- crusted six-minute egg with kimchee.
What food trend are you most tired of? Molecular gastronomy
