What is your favorite junk food? Chipotle Burrito 

If you had to give up coffee or wine, which would it be? The day would either be too short or too long — but definitely coffee!

What would you eat for your last meal? Pasticcio alla Artusi with Pheasant, Porcini and White Truffle 

If you could have dinner with any famous person, who would you pick? Anthony Bourdain

Name one thing that's always in your fridge? Homemade prosciutti

What's your favorite dish to make? Seared Duck Breast with Mission Figs and Pomegranate reduction 

What food trend are you most tired of? Chinese
