Buffalo Wild Wings is officially open for business in San Ramon.
The national chain restaurant that specializes in wings and televisions that show every sporting event you can imagine, opened at 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
Its located in the Marketplace Shopping Center off Bollinger Canyon Road, where the old Izzy’s Steaks & Chops used to be located.
Restaurant owner Hardy Samara said patrons can expect the "ultimate social experience" allowing friends, co-workers and families to come together, watch the game and have fun.
The restaurant has a capacity of 400 people and features 68 televisions. Unique to San Ramon's Buffalo Wild Wings is a private room that can be used for parties.
"We came to San Ramon because of its family atmosphere," Samara said. "They care about their community, the local sports teams and Buffalo Wild Wings is a place for them to come and relax."
