American Pacific Mortgage Announces Branch Manager of New Mortgage Banking Branch in Walnut Creek

As the branch manager of APM’s new mortgage banking branch, Black will create and lead a top-level team of highly respected loan officers with solid core values to serve the community.

Black and his team will roll out several new programs including Keys on Time, a program that guarantees loan closure on or before the close of escrow date; Lock and Buy, a program that locks a loan rate while the homeowner shops for a new home; Lock and List which locks the rate while selling a residence; and Lock and Build which secures the rate while the home is under construction.

 

With over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry and providing over 3,000 clients financing solutions, Black brings an exceptional level of talent and commitment to the Bay Area. He remains dedicated to making a difference in the community he serves to deliver customized short and long-term construction and residential lending solutions.

 

Black was recognized as “Best Mortgage Broker/Banker” by Danville Weekly in 2007, 2009, and 2011. He earned his master’s in business administration and economics from St. Mary’s College of California and his bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in financial markets from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Black resides in the Bay Area with his family and enjoys adventure sports, and coaching basketball and football.
