Before and After - A Condo Flip in Concord, CA

Before and After Photos of a Condo Flip in Concord, CA.

Our clients bought this Concord condo from us (we represented them) as a bank owned property. It needed some work but we got it for them at a good price thanks to some aggressive and crafty offer writing by my partner Mickey.

We saw that the property wasn't in poor condition but it had plenty of improvements that could up the selling price. Mickey guided the crew which he has known for years to get started right away with the rehab. They did a great job and finished in a short time. From the day our clients bought it until the day it closed again with the new owners was less than 2 months!

We also noticed that the way it was marketed could be improved. Look at the before photos - notice how the lights are off and its dark and dim. Look at the after photos - The lights are on, the property appears bright and fresh.
We did some minimal staging and concentrated on getting the photos to look their best. Most people shop online first and browse photos, then go look at homes.

We wanted to make this condo move your couch in ready with the latest styles and colors on the wall. The approach worked and we quickly had several buyers making offers within the first few days on the market. In the end the clients made a nice profit and are still working with us today.

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

How about you research the current ADA guidelines regarding surface materials for play areas?Read More Walnut Creek is simply acting to be in compliance. Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous". A reasonable overview of the current regulations can be found here: http://risk.utah.gov/newsletter/documents/playground_surfacing.pdf If you disagree with the regulations, please contact your representatives.
