- Why Go: Following the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Heather Farm, walk with your family over the bridge to the Equestrian Arenas on the other side of the pond for a fun-filled horse extravaganza! Watch breed and riding demonstrations; get information on 4H, Pony Club, Scouts and other great youth and local riding organizations; talk with managers of local barns, trainers and summer camps.

CT Kids' Eggstravaganza

- Why Go: CT Kids hosts the Calvary Temple's Eggstravaganza, which includes two slimetime shows (at 10 am & 11 am), 30,000 egg hunts & inflatable rides, airbrush face art (free for children 12 and under), petting zoo and tons of inflatables.

Octopretzel
- Where/When: Village Theatre 233 Front St, Danville, April 22, 10 a.m.
- Why Go: Popular Bay Area band Octopretzel creates music that is truly enjoyable for families...not just kids. Their music, comprised of original songs as well as tried and true traditional favorites, is whimsical and fun, and has an underlying sensitivity for nature, feelings and story.
