The Thursday morning class focuses on Sheng Zhen Gong practices that are done sitting in a chair. Movements are gentle, but check with your health care practitioner if you have any concerns or movement restrictions. In general, you can adapt the movements as necessary; the benefits come from learning to let go, not from force.
