Question: What do you get when you combine two Englishmen, a shady preacher, the Ku Klux Klan, a corrupt building inspector, a sweet old lady, a spoiled heiress and her kid brother?


Answer: One of the funniest comic farces ever written.


CAPS Productions is pleased to present the award winning production of Larry Shue's hilarious comedy "The Foreigner" at the Knight Stage 3 at the Lesher Center for the Arts. 


This production originated as a Solano Repertory Company production in November 2011 and was re-presented in 2012 at the Sonoma Theatre Festival. The show is directed by Carla Spindt.


This production has garnered six "Arty" awards including Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Director, Best Comedy and Best Lighting. In addition, actor Chris Raymond won and an "Elly" award for Best Supporting Actor.


Performances run Thursday March 7 through Sunday March 24. Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:45 PM and Sunday at 2:15 PM.

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

How about you research the current ADA guidelines regarding surface materials for play areas?Read More Walnut Creek is simply acting to be in compliance. Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous".
