Energize your teaching for the school year by attending the free Educators' Open House and Resource Fair at Lindsay Wildlife Museum in Walnut Creek, Tuesday, October 1, from 3:30 - 6 PM.
Learn about Lindsay Wildlife Museum's school programs, which can be scheduled at the museum, at your school site, or in the community. Meet representatives of local organizations and agencies including The Gardens at Heather Farm, KIDS for the BAY, ARF, Math Science Nucleus, and more. Hear children's authors talk about their wildlife-themed books. Get discounts in the museum store, and free information and materials to take back to school. Light refreshments will be served. Door prizes too!
