Join Pre and Postnatal yoga teaching team, Amy Vlacich and Emma Pearson, for this sweet workshop designed for the pregnant woman and her birth partner (husband, wife, doula, friend, sister, etc).

Workshop will include:

• partner poses,
• hands-on techniques for supporting the birthing woman,
