Teen "Banned Books" Photography Contest

The Walnut Creek Library Foundation got caught reading banned books! Teens, we want to see your banned book too! This
year the One City One Book selection
is Fahrenheit 451, Ray Bradbury’s
frequently challenged classic. As part of this year’s events, the Walnut Creek
Library Foundation invites Walnut Creek teens to explore banned books and
submit a photo celebrating their favorite banned book. The contest is free and
prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners. The
deadline is September 4, 2013.

Students can email their photos along with signed entry forms to:  SRTeens13@gmail.com.

Please put “TEEN PHOTO CONTEST” in the subject line of the email.  Signed forms may also be dropped off at the Walnut
Creek Library or Ygnacio Valley Library.  To download the entry form and
read the contest rules and guidelines visit www.wclibrary.org/contest.
