Meet-up Sat. 10/12 - 7 am to 4 pm- Sign a petition asking Supervisor Mitchoff to reconsider her decision to re-open the left turn lane from westbound Treat Boulevard to southbound Cherry Lane. Her decision would allow thru traffic to be opened from Treat Blvd to Cherry Lane to Walnut Blvd to Ygnacio Blvd. This decision shows little regard for the safety of either the affected residents, recreational users of the Iron Horse Canal Trail, the children attending Walnut Creek Intermediate School or, for that matter, the commuters themselves.
