Walnut Creek on Ice Children's Winter Festival

Celebrate the beginning of Walnut Creek on Ice's 9th season! This free event features free skating, giveaways, face painting, live skating performances, balloon artist, refreshments.  The Las Lomas Instrumental Class will also perform between Noon-1pm.
