Save The Date: Walnut Creek Library Has Birthday Next Week!
School items -- such as new backpacks, a box of sharp crayons or colorful new binders -- are being collected for foster kids.
The City of Walnut Creek is turning 100, and the library is turning 4 with a celebration on Thursday, July 17 at 4 p.m.
There will be games. There will be cake. There will be presents ... but you bring the presents.
Please bring a new, packaged school supply for Sleep Train's Foster Kids School Supply Drive. (More details here.)
