Despite a search that included police dogs and a helicopter, an armed robbery suspect evaded police early Wednesday morning after robbing a 7-Eleven store on Pleasant Hill Road.

According to a Sgt. After the clerk handed over the money, the suspect ran south on Pleasant Hill Road. The clerk followed him, Brown said, and saw the suspect run into an apartment complex on the 2300 block.
