Concord Police are asking for the community's assistance on this one.

On Tuesday, around 1:54 a.m., a man was walking to his apartment at 1650 Pine St. when another man approached him and asked for a dollar, a release from the department stated.

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous". A reasonable overview of the current regulations can be found here: http://risk.utah.gov/newsletter/documents/playground_surfacing.pdf If you disagree with the regulations, please contact your representatives.
