Monday, April 23
Doughnut don'ts. The WCPD gave advice to a Target customer about... doughnuts. The customer believed the Hostess Donettes tasted “like chemicals”. The police determined the treats had expired the month before.
Clip crime. A hair stylist had to chase down a non-paying customer at Great Clips on the 1800 block of Ygnacio Valley Road at 4:14 p.m.

Identity theft: A woman reported her identity being stolen after she found out that $1,678 worth of home security services was purchased in her name in Las Vegas.
Grounded. A juvenile was cited for violating his provisional driver's license after witnesses said they saw him speeding several times around the traffic circle at Oak Grove and Walnut Avenue that evening. To the driver and the passenger, you owe a big apology to Patch Reader Jessica Nokes, who you boxed in with your careless and dangerous driving.

Get to know your neighbors! A caller reported a “suspicious male” at an apartment complex on Homestead Avenue 8:22 a.m. Turns out, the man was locked out of his home and trying to hope the fence.
Phone vandals. More AT&T telephone and data lines were vandalized over the weekend, this time on the 1700 block of Heather Drive. There is a $25,000 reward leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved!
Copper caper. Evicted tenants allegedly stole copper wiring, floorboards, sinks and other various items from a home on Oak Knoll Loop.
That’s it! Creek Diva has had enough of this guy! A man has been seen on a gray motorized bicycle taking photos of students at Las Lomas and Murwood Elementary from the Iron Horse Trail. Creek Diva saw the man in question a few months back and did not appreciate him taking her son's photo without asking.
Texting driver. To the driver of the blue Nissan Versa. You were seen driving recklessly and texting on San Miguel and Rudgear around 5:30p.m. Please put your phone away and pay attention, thanks!
