Creek Diva: Wrong Side of the Road, Aggressive Landlord And A Discount Diner With A Warrant Pending

Wednesday, October 5

What ever happened to the note on the windshield? A landlord allegedly broke into a tenant’s car to leave him a note about parking in a bad spot on Savannah Circle at 7:12 a.m.

Take care. Bancroft Elementary parents, please be careful while dropping off and picking up your children. A few of you were seen driving on the wrong side of the road and blocking the sidewalk today.

Have you heard the gas trucks? It’s come to Creek Diva’s attention that the gas trucks coming to the gas station on Geary Road are waking up residents at absurd hours of the night.

Thursday, October 6

Stolen Honda. A 2005 silver Honda Accord was stolen out of driveway on the 1100 block of Rudgear Road at 5:03 a.m.

Get a job or go to school. A man with an underage boy was seen “pulling what appeared to be a gun” out of a bush on Locust Street at 8:39 a.m. The man was arrested on a liquor violation. The “gun” in question was actually an Airsoft gun.

Break-in. A home on Perada Drive was broken into via an unlocked door while the resident was sleeping. A purse was stolen and the thief made unauthorized AMX charges.

Friday, October 7

Taking a swing. A female customer “tried to take a swing at a bouncer” on Locust Street shortly after midnight. She was subsequently arrested on charges of public intoxication and assault.

Rings stolen. A home on the 4000 block of Terra Granada Drive was burglarized sometime in the past five days. Two expensive platinum and diamond rings were reported stolen.

Did you misplace a set of Toyota keys near Larkey Park? A kind citizen turned them over to police for safekeeping.

Warrant arrest. A dine and dash turned into a larger arrest charge for a man who was unable to pay his bill on the 1300 block of North Main Street at 10:27 p.m. Police arrested the man on a felony warrant for assault with a deadly weapon.
