DUI Saga in Sonoma County Continues For WC Woman

Petaluma police arrest habitual DUI driver on her way to court.

A Walnut Creek woman who is a habitual DUI offender has run afoul of the police in Petaluma again, with fresh charges brought during a Monday court date.

and found to have a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal amount, Petaluma police said.

After getting bailed out, Fielding returned to the police station Nov. 18 to get property from her impounded vehicle, and was drunk at the police station, police reported, according to the account in Petaluma Patch. Even though Fielding had received a ride to the police station, drinking violated terms of her probation, police said, according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

Subsequently police obtained a no-bail warrant and arrested her when she arrived for a Monday, Nov. 28, court date at Sonoma County Superior Court. She is being held in Sonoma County Jail without bail.
