An overturned vehicle is blocking the left lanes of westbound
state Highway 4 in Pittsburg this afternoon, according to the California
The collision was reported shortly before 4 p.m. on westbound
Highway 4, just past Railroad Avenue, the CHP said.
Drivers are advised to expect delays in the area.

early this morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
The CHP responded just after 2 a.m. to a report of an unknown
