Update: Missing 14-Year-Old Walnut Creek Boy Returns Home

A 14-year-old Walnut Creek boy who went missing on Thursday afternoon returned home on Thursday evening, authorities said.
Pleasant Hill police started searching for the boy at 4:45 p.m.
He had last been seen at Pleasant Hill Middle School.
The boy was described as being voluntarily missing, but police considered him to be at risk due to his age.
