Police are investigating the robbery of a gold chain from a woman on the Iron Horse Trail along South Broadway Extension, near the Newell Avenue crossing.
A suspect around 10 a.m. Sunday made threats to a woman, alluding he might have a gun, but no gun was evident, according to a report to Walnut Creek police. Also investigating is the East Bay Regional Parks District Police Department.
