Police Release Photo of 7-Eleven Robber

Police are investigating whether he committed two other convenience store robberies since last week in Walnut Creek and Concord.

Police released a photo of a man who robbed the 7-Eleven store in downtown Walnut Creek last Thursday and are investigating whether the same man robbed two other 7-Eleven stores in Walnut Creek and Concord.

The photo was taken at the 7-Eleven in the 1200 block of South Main Street last Thursday at 2:36 a.m. The  robber came into the convenience store, signaled he had a gun in his coat pocket, demanded money from the clerk and ran away. No one was hurt. 

Police are investigating whether the same man robbed the 7-Eleven stores on North Main Street on Feb. 25 and on Monument Boulevard in Concord on Sunday.

The robber in the downtown 7-Eleven robbery is described as a black male in his mid-20s, 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build and a goatee and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants and gloves,
