He was captured on video writing graffiti on the windows of the Bank of America and Chase Bank at the Citrus Shopping Center on Oak Grove Road at 3:11 a.m. Sunday. In a news release, police said in which the word "foreclosure" was used.
Police said he is a white male, clean shaven with brown hair, 19 to 24 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with "Lrg" across the front.
