Trailer Full of Punk Band Gear Stolen from Residential Neighborhood

This Time Next Year is asking fans to keep an eye out for hot gear advertised for sale.

A trailer full of music gear worth thousands of dollars disappeared from the residential neighborhood of a popular Walnut Creek pop-punk band on Monday night.

This Time Next Year is drumming up support by asking fans to re-Tweet and otherwise publicize the theft and watch for the sale of music equipment on eBay and Craigslist, according to the website of This Time Next Year.

The equipment in the 7-by-12-foot trailer parked by a home in the neighborhood of Northgate High School includes a drum set, a guitar, a PA system and band T-shirts.

The band recorded and self-released a five-song demo in 2006, according to the Wikipedia site devoted to the band. Band members include Pete Dowdalls, Brad Wiseman, Denis Cohen and Tony Allio.

Walnut Creek police are investigating the theft.
