Walnut Creek Police Association Gets New Website

The new website is designed so that Walnut Creek police officers and managers can more easily share information and interact with residents.

The members of the Walnut Creek Police Association has a new updated website that is "rich" with more than 19 pages of interactive content.

The new website features several videos and even a current events blog with a public comment feature. "We feel this updated and more robust website is more reflective of our long term interests in meeting needs of our fantastic residents," said association spokesman Randy Dickey.

The website currently offers burglary prevention tips, discussion regarding several important city issues, and a list of upcoming charity events that police are involved in.

The association, made up of officers and managers, plans on regularly updating the website with additional multimedia content and information about current events. You can check out the new site at www.walnutcreekpoliceassociation.org.
