Branded The Orchards at Walnut Creek, the proposal calls for a new Safeway, a health club, retail space and restaurants.

The Commission will discuss the project’s direction regarding architecture, site layout, landscaping and tree preservation, and the applicable Planning Principles endorsed by the Shadelands Gateway Specific Plan Advisory Committee.
