Most Expensive and Least Expensive Homes For Sale In Walnut Creek

A home in the Sugarloaf area is going for $3.9 million, but you can also find something less expensive.

One of the most expensive homes for sale right now in Walnut Creek is a 7,800-square-foot mansion on an acre and a half.

The five bedroom, seven bathroom home at 624 Sugarloaf Court is listed at just under $3.9 million. It's been on the market for 80 days.

The least expensive Walnut Creek home listed on the AOL real estate site is an 840-square-foot condominium in the Rossmoor community.

The one bedroom, one bathroom unit at 1109 Golden Rain Road is listed at $125,000. It's been on the market for four days.

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

How about you research the current ADA guidelines regarding surface materials for play areas?Read More Walnut Creek is simply acting to be in compliance. Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous".
