The Most Expensive Homes For Sale in Central Contra Costa

Check out these large homes with some large lots and all sorts of amenities

If money were no object, where would you choose to live and what would you buy?

With that in mind, we return this week with a look at some of the most expensive homes currently for sale in the Central Contra Costa County region.

In Walnut Creek, this six-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 2057 Magnolia Way is listed at just under $2.1 million.

The residence, built in 2004, is 5,200 feet and sits on half an acre. It contains a chef's kitchen, a spa and a vineyard.

In Moraga, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home at 89 Laird Drive is listed at $3.5 million.

The house, built in 2007, is 6,123 square feet and sits on 10 acres. It has park land on three sides as well as a butler's pantry and solar power.

And in Concord, the most expensive we could find was this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 5486 Pine Hollow Road. It's listed at $995,000.

The home, built in 1989, is 2,582 square feet and sits on 7 acres. It's has a set-up for horses, large rooms, a large deck and dual pane windows.
