What A Median Priced Home Looks Like In Walnut Creek

What would you say is the average home in Walnut Creek?

If you go by the median price, this could be it.

Last week, Data Quik released the median prices in towns across the East Bay. The price included condominiums and townhouses as well as single-family homes.

In Walnut Creek, the median price in both zip codes was about $750,000.

One house close to that price is this four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home at 639 New Seabury Court. It's listed at $759,900.

The house, which was built in 1976, is 2,103 square feet and sits on an tenth of an acre.
