With that in mind, we thought we'd take a look at what homes in the region have recently been put up for sale during the holidays.

In Orinda, this four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home at 20 Muth Drive was put on the market yesterday.

The 2,202-square-foot house sits on three-quarters of an acre and is listed at just under $900,000.

In Pleasant Hill, this four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home at 412 Gladys Drive was put up for sale two days ago.

The 2,782-square-foot house on a fifth of an acre is listed at $785,000.

In Concord, this three-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 5052 Kenmore Drive was listed on the market two days ago, too.

The 1,222-square-foot house on a fifth of an acre is selling for just under $330,000.
