Experience the sounds, color, and vibration of the chakras, as well as the feelings they hold.

Learn where the chakras are, what they do, what they stand for and how to clear and balance them. One of the major chakras will be covered each week.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means wheel. A chakra is a wheel-like spinning vortex that whirls in a circular motion forming a vacuum in the center that draws in anything it encounters on its particular vibratory level. It is believed there are seven main chakra centers and that each main center is connected at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Sonia Marie is a teacher, counselor, and healer. She holds an MA in psychology with a specialization in expressive arts therapy.

This is a series of eight Thursday night classes. Drop-ins are welcome in each. A freewill donation is appreciated ($10 to $20 suggested per class).

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

A reasonable overview of the current regulations can be found here: http://risk.utah.gov/newsletter/documents/playground_surfacing.pdf If you disagree with the regulations, please contact your representatives.
