Lose a Lawn/Get a Garden Workshop

A workshop on how to replace your lawn with a beautiful water-wise landscape. Presented by: Contra Costa Water District and The Gardens at Heather Farm.

This inspiring and informative half-day workshop is designed for homeowners interested in replacing their existing water-thirsty lawns with beautiful water efficient landscaping. Experts will provide advice and instruction about design, irrigation and plants specific to the Diablo Valley climate. In addition, participants will learn about CCWD’s Landscape  Rebate Program.  Following lunch, participants will be able to meet with a variety of landscape professionals and take a tour of the CCWD Water-wise Demonstration Garden.
