Tonight's Your Chance to Hear What WC School Board Candidates Have to Say

The five candidates for three seats on the Walnut Creek School District governing board will answer questions posed by parents, teachers and students.

The Walnut Creek Intermediate PTA is hosting a candidate's forum tonight for the Walnut Creek School District Board race and readers can submit questions.

This forum, for the first contested race in a long time for Walnut Creek School District's governing board, is to be moderated by yours truly, Martha Ross, editor of Walnut Creek Patch. Five candidates are vying for three seats. The Nov. 2 election is a little more than two weeks away.

The forum takes place in the Walnut Creek Intermediate Library at 7 p.m. and runs until about 8 or 8:30 p.m.
