High School Football: Berean Christian Loses To Mt. Diablo

Two fourth quarter touchdowns decide the rain-drenched game

Mt. Diablo High scored two fourth quarter touchdowns to defeat Berean Christian High, 26-14, in a rain-soaked football game played Saturday on the Eagles' home field.

The Red Devils led 8-7 at halftime and the game was tied 14-14 all at the end of three quarters before Mt. Diablo pulled away for the victory, according to a story in the San Jose Mercury News.

Berean Christian is now 2-2 on the season. Mt. Diablo is also 2-2.
