Achieving Sustainable Employment Part 1.

Job security is the number one concern for the clients that come to the Career Wisdom Institute. There are mortgages to be paid, beautiful homes to live in, expensive colleges to pay for, health insurance and so on and so on. It’s expensive to be alive. But job security is not possible, ultimately what we all seek is sustainable employment. Sustainable employment is the ability to be employable in any economy and under any circumstance. To achieve sustainable employment you must begin by embracing this fact... You are not your job... you are your work. Jobs by their nature are temporary. They have a beginning a middle and an end. Your work is literally your energy expressed in the physical, psychic, emotional world. It is your focused energy and intention in action.  Work is the thing you do that you can’t help but do. It is your unique Career Design.
