Katie Fries, Neighbor

Kate Fries is a Walnut Creek-based freelance writer and mom to two elementary school-aged boys. A California native, she spent 8 years post-college in Chicago before resettling in the Bay Area.

When not running after her boys Kate enjoys running, reading, traveling, discovering new music and, okay, watching lots of TV. She drinks way too much coffee. She blogs about children's books and (gluten-free) cooking on her blog, Eat Their Words.
