Residential Real Estate:  Do It Right!

Updated to include 2013-14 tax changes!

In this course students will learn the key elements of owning & managing rental property.  This course is for those who currently own & manage rental property or those who are considering rental property as a source of income.  This content is updated weekly, to reflect changes in tax law, Court Decisions and regulatory changes.  It includes: how to keep records for your Schedule E (Tax Form), the difference between repair vs. replace, what the IRS expects of you & how to understand their language, when you can take a loss and insurance for the property owner.  This is not a complete list, as the teacher answers class questions, time permitting.
